At this site you will find information and links useful to anyone interested in mathematics education in the early grades, especially teachers of mathematics in kindergarten through sixth grade.  PRIME is a project funded in part by an Eligible Partnerships in Mathematics grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.  It was designed to assist the grant staff and partners in their efforts to improve mathematics instruction.
